If you submit information about a child, patient, family member, or another person, you represent that you have the legal authority or appropriate permission to share that information with Odessia.Parents, legal guardians, caregivers, and family members should provide accurate information and should work with the treating physician whenever possible.Odessia may request that a family involve a treating physician before moving forward with testing coordination or case support.

Physicians and healthcare professionals who submit patient information to Odessia represent that they have appropriate authorization, consent, legal basis, or professional authority to share that information.Physicians and healthcare professionals remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, professional duties, institutional policies, patient consent requirements, privacy obligations, and clinical standards.Odessia’s support does not replace the treating physician’s responsibility for patient care, medical decision-making, informed consent, documentation, ordering, follow-up, or communication with the patient and family.

Donations to Odessia support Odessia’s charitable mission, including patient access, care coordination, genetic counseling support, logistics, education, program operations, and other mission-aligned activities. Unless specifically agreed in writing, donations do not guarantee support for a particular patient, family, country, laboratory, physician, program, or outcome.

Odessia Health, Inc. is a Florida nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of any donation.

Odessia may use third-party payment processors to process donations. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
